Sourcing ramie.
Is ramie the same as linen?
No. Ramie and flax linen are different fibers. These products are listed as 100% ramie; they should not be ordered or labeled as 100% linen. Review the selected composition on your quotation and order documents.
Does 60 GSM ramie need a lining?
Weight alone cannot answer that. Check a physical sample in the selected shade under the intended lighting and over the intended underlayer. Decide on lining with the garment construction; this page does not promise opacity.
Can I compare the regular and artistic-dyed ramie?
Request both SKU references. Use their own photographs and available color references to shortlist, then confirm the actual shade, appearance and finish against physical samples. Matching GSM is not proof of matching appearance.
