Fabric development
Development begins with a clear end use and measurable direction—not an unsupported request for “premium quality”.
Send the SKU, preferred shade and quantity per color. We check current availability and preparation time for that selection. A published fabric or color reference is not a live stock reservation.

Custom dyeing starts at 800 m per colour; standard bulk dyeing lead time is 15–20 days after color approval. Lab dips from your swatch or Pantone reference take 5–7 days.
Send a custom-color brief →Standard MOQs: 1 roll per colour (approximately 50 m) for stock colours, 800 m per colour for custom dyeing and 2,000 m per quality for new development. Standard lead times are 3–5 days after payment for stock colours and 30–40 days after sample approval for new development. Lyocell Linen 133 GSM custom dyeing takes 18–22 days. Six decision gates
The route may stop at an existing quality or continue into color and fabric development. Scope, cost and timing are confirmed according to the actual request.
Application, composition, target GSM, width, color, quantity and destination market.
Review constructions, real sample images, physical swatches, color cards and applicable test information.
Identify whether the route is an existing quality, custom color, finishing adjustment or further fabric development.
A4 swatches are free (up to 5 colours per quality); sample yardage is USD 8 per metre from 1 m and deducted from a bulk order. The buyer pays courier cost. Confirm sample availability and dispatch for the selected quality.
Assess hand feel, drape, shade, transparency and application fit against the intended garment.
Confirm final specification, commercial terms, tolerances, testing and packing in the order documents.
