Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we may collect your name, company, business email, country, product selections and sourcing requirements. We also keep the selected regional sourcing route within the current browser session and attach it to your submitted inquiry, so our team can understand its context. We do not store arbitrary tracking parameters in this field.

How we use it

We use this information to review sourcing requests, prepare samples or quotations, communicate about orders and maintain business records.

Sharing

We do not sell inquiry information. Data may be processed by hosting, email, analytics and logistics providers only as required to operate the service.

Retention and requests

Business inquiry records are retained as reasonably required for follow-up, compliance and dispute handling. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.

Analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits, fabric views, contact clicks and successful inquiries. We do not send inquiry form contents to Google Analytics. With analytics permission, we also keep a limited source hint and the first public page measured in the current browser session, and attach them when you submit an inquiry. This uses a recognized referral channel or a recognized campaign source label, not full referring URLs, search terms or arbitrary tracking values. A missing source remains unknown. Declining or withdrawing permission clears this session measurement; inquiries still work.
