Yes. Sampling details are confirmed after reviewing the selected SKU, intended use, destination and requirement.
02CommercialDo you support small trial orders?
Flexible trial orders can be discussed. Exact MOQ depends on the fabric, color, finishing and current production conditions.
03DevelopmentCan you develop a custom color?
Custom color can be discussed. Final color is confirmed through a physical color standard or approved sample.
04QualityAre test reports available?
Test data is available for many products. The applicable report and any additional testing requirement should be confirmed for the selected quality.
05DocumentsCan you provide raw-material documents?
Raw-material purchasing documents can be provided according to the product and order requirement.
06TerminologyIs TENCEL™ the same as lyocell?
No. TENCEL™ is a Lenzing brand. We use the generic term lyocell unless genuine branded fiber and applicable documentation support trademark use.
07ColorWill screen colors match the bulk fabric?
No screen image can serve as final color approval. Physical color cards and confirmed samples take priority.
08QuotationWhat information should I send for a quotation?
Send the SKU or reference, composition, GSM, intended application, color, finishing, quantity, destination market and required timing.
