Linen and Lyocell-Linen Fabric Mill in Shaoxing Keqiao
Established in 2015, Hanzhong Fabric is a fabric manufacturer and trading company based in Keqiao, Shaoxing — China's largest textile trading hub. Our team has more than 10 years of experience in linen and other bast-fibre fabrics.
- Own weaving mill: 48 rapier looms, approx. 6,000 m² of factory space and around 60 staff, including a 5-person QC team.
- Weaving and inspection in-house: dyeing and finishing are handled by two long-term partner dyehouses in Keqiao, with our QC staff on site to follow every order.
- Capacity: approx. 200,000 metres of finished fabric per month.
- Ready stock: greige stock of 100% linen and lyocell-linen is held year-round. Each quality is kept in 8–16 stock colours, with 300–1,000 m per colour.

Peak season (March–May): please allow an extra 5–7 days.
Samples
- A4 swatches: free of charge, up to 5 colours per quality; courier cost paid by the buyer.
- Sample yardage: USD 8 per metre, from 1 m. The sample fee is deducted from your bulk order.
- In-stock samples are usually dispatched the same day.
Shipping and trade terms: EXW, FOB Ningbo / Shanghai or CIF. Bulk orders ship by sea, urgent orders by air, and samples by DHL / FedEx.
Testing and Customisation
Fabric Testing and Custom Development
- Testing available: shrinkage, colour fastness (washing, rubbing and light), fibre composition, formaldehyde and pH. Third-party testing by SGS can be arranged; testing fees are paid by the buyer.
- Custom colours: lab dips from your swatch or Pantone reference in 5–7 days.
- Weight adjustment: fabric weight can be adjusted within ±15%.
- Finishes: enzyme wash, silicone softening, anti-wrinkle finishing and printing.
Who we work with: fabric wholesalers, garment manufacturers and sourcing teams in the UK, Australia, Germany, Italy and the USA. We are long-term suppliers to two womenswear brands in the UK and a resortwear brand in Australia (client names withheld).
