Check the company and the proposed fabric together
Start with the supplier's full company name, contact details and the exact fabric reference in the offer. Then connect the sample, specification, quotation and order documents to that reference. A supplier may be relevant to your material category while still needing to confirm the specific quality, quantity and conditions your project requires.
This is a seller-side purchasing checklist from Shaoxing Hanzhong, not an independent ranking or audit of Chinese suppliers. Our business is based in Keqiao, Shaoxing. The company page and manufacturing page provide company context and supplied photographs of our own factory. Those images do not certify a particular batch or establish a numerical production capacity.
Ask what each party will supply
Clarify who is selling the fabric, which operations apply to the proposed order and who will answer specification, quality and delivery questions. Ask how any outside processing or changed production arrangement will be communicated. Do not infer that every operation occurs in one building because a website shows machinery.
Check that the company and contact information used in the quotation are consistent with your correspondence. If a document names another party, ask for an explanation before relying on it. This guide does not authenticate registrations, bank details or payment instructions; those require separate checks by the responsible purchasing team.
Follow one reference through the sample process
Select an identifiable SKU rather than requesting only premium linen. Record composition, listed weight, width, construction notation, shade and required finish. Ask which items are confirmed and which still need clarification. The pure linen range is a starting point for comparing Hanzhong references.
Request a physical sample with the same reference attached. If the sample differs from the proposed bulk shade or finish, record what you can approve and what remains open. A clear explanation of a difference is more useful than treating every sample as final production approval.
Review evidence for the requirement you actually have
Ask for applicable documents when your project requires a particular test or certification. Identify the quality, sample, method and scope to which the document relates. A factory photograph, inspection image or certificate logo should not replace that review.
Use the certificate scope checklist and quality review page to organize these questions. No certification, test pass rate or batch result is promised by this article. If evidence is unavailable, keep the requirement open instead of recording an assumed pass.
Make the offer comparable before choosing
- Exact SKU and whether the offer is stock supply, further processing or custom production.
- Color, finish, quantity per color, pricing unit and currency.
- Sample costs and sample preparation, separately from bulk costs and timing.
- Stated width and the width basis required for cutting calculations.
- Packing, destination and the delivery basis to be confirmed in writing.
- Which references govern approval and how a proposed change will be reviewed.
Use the same brief when reviewing different offers. A low unit price cannot resolve a missing specification or a different supply condition. This checklist does not set commercial terms for every supplier or every Hanzhong quality.
Start with a bounded sampling decision
For Hanzhong enquiries, swatches, color cards and sample lengths can be requested. Sample lengths normally start at one metre, with special requirements discussed separately. Sample and courier charges are paid by the customer. Confirm availability and dispatch for the selected SKU and color; sample timing is separate from bulk delivery.
Send your selected references and procurement questions. Include your company, garment application, target quantities and destination. The useful next step is a specific written response and identifiable sample, rather than a general claim that a supplier can meet every requirement.
