90% Lyocell, 10% Linen — Our Softest Lyocell-Linen
This is the highest-lyocell quality in our lyocell-linen range. Compared with our 75/25 lyocell-linen fabrics, it is softer, drapes more fluidly and has a more visible soft lustre, with very few linen slubs. It keeps a light, dry linen hand, without the stiffness or heavy creasing of pure linen.
It suits buyers who want the look of linen without the scratchiness or wrinkles.
Hand Feel and Appearance
- Hand feel: soft and smooth, cool against the skin, with a slight dry linen touch.
- Drape: fluid and soft.
- Lustre: soft, silk-like sheen.
- Opacity: white and light shades are slightly sheer; lining is recommended for dresses.
- Surface: smooth, with only a few fine slubs.
Recommended Uses
Best for: long shirt dresses, relaxed blazers, wide-leg trousers and resort co-ord sets.
Not recommended for: body-fitted styles, or outerwear that needs a crisp, structured shape.

Shrinkage and Care
- Shrinkage: warp -3%, weft -2% (wash test to ISO 6330; final values per test report).
- Finishing: softening finish applied.
- Care: gentle wash below 30°C. Iron at low to medium heat. Do not bleach.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does this fabric wrinkle easily?
Much less than pure linen. After washing, gently smooth it by hand and line-dry, and it will dry mostly flat.
Will dark colours fade?
All stock colours have passed a wash colour-fastness test. We recommend washing separately the first time.
Can I order 1 metre to check the hand feel first?
Yes. A4 swatches are free (up to 5 colours per quality); the buyer pays courier cost. Sample yardage is USD 8 per metre from 1 m, and the fee is deducted from your bulk order.
